Welcome to CABCSoCal.org

It is a pleasure to welcome you to our California Basketball Club (CaBC)  family. We were founded for the main purpose of providing proper guidance, discipline, and structure to the goal oriented, student/athlete.  

First, we will help you establish your goals both long term and short term. Next, we will evaluate your game both physically and mentally. We will identify your strengths, weaknesses, and develop a game plan to help achieve your long-range goals. The achievement of short-term goals promotes self-confidence to achieve the long-term goals.  In a well-coached program, student/athletes learn to work hard together toward their goals, compete comfortably and deal appropriately with pressure in adverse situations. With this philosophy in mind, we urge our athletes to strive not only for themselves but also for their teammates, which promotes a healthy sense of community that can later be carried into their adult lives. 

You can’t always be the best player on the floor, but you can certainly be the best teammate on the floor. Honesty, respect, professionalism, hard work, toughness, intelligence, and cooperation are required characteristics of a true winner. Because of these high standards, our organization has been able to build strong and successful championship teams, develop a healthy competitive spirit, and promote positive role model relationships between former and current participants. 

Finally, we play in all of the exposure tournaments and leagues on the West Coast. For example, we participate in the Easter Classic in Las Vegas, the Double Pump tournament at Lynnwood High School and the Pangos Summer Tip Off. We also play in the Newport Beach Men’s leagues in Orange County.  We have 2 high school teams, 1 college team that competes in the Say No Classic college league, and a Men’s league team that combines high school, college, and professional players. There is plenty of opportunity to get some court time and exposure. In this packet you will see a list of our current and former players. 

We have had a huge success and have watched a few great players go through our program. We look forward to sharing equal success with you.
